The following announcement affects new learners

The following changes have been made for the apprenticeships at Omega Training Services Limited

Customer Service L2 – Duration 12 to 14 months

The level 2 apprenticeship standard for the Customer Service Practitioner is designed for apprentices in customer service roles which can include, customer service trainee, customer service advisor, customer service assistant.

The Learners will also need to work towards and pass functional skills at Level 1 in Maths and English, also to have attempted level 2 English and Maths tests, prior to completion of their Apprenticeship and pass the End Point Assessment requirements below.

  • Professional Discussion

The standard does not include a qualification however as part of our package we will be registering learners on:

Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service Practice (RQF)

Business Admin L3 – Duration 18 Months

The level 3 apprenticeship standard for the Business Administrator is designed for apprentices in administration roles, giving a firm grounding of organisational operations and functional processes, as well as an understanding of the wider working environment.

The Learners will also need to work towards and pass functional skills at Level 2 in Maths and English and pass the End Point Assessment requirements below.

  • Knowledge Test
  • Portfolio Interview
  • Project Presentation

The standard does not include a qualification, so as part of our package we will be registering learners onto:

Level 3 Diploma in Administrative Operations (RQF)

Team Leading/Supervisor L3 – Duration 18 Months

The level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard is designed for individuals who are working in a first line management role, e.g. Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, Shift Manager.

The Learners will also need to work towards and pass functional skills at Level 2 in Maths and English and pass the End Point Assessment requirements below.

  • Knowledge Test
  • Structured competency-based interview
  • Submission of Portfolio
  • Professional discussion of CPD activity

The standard does not include a qualification, so as part of our package we will be registering learners onto:

Level 3 Diploma in Team Management (RQF)

Further information

General entry requirements for apprenticeships are:

  • Work at least 16+ hours per week
  • Not have a Degree in the same subject as the desired course
  • Be a UK resident for the last 3 years
